Description: Do you enjoy making Rube Goldberg machines? Do you like competition? If so, this is the club for you! In this club, middle and high school students will work together to plan, design, create, purchase materials, and finally build a Rube Goldberg machine for this year’s national competition through the Rube Goldberg Institute. This group will also be pleased to know that we will have a guest speaker: Jennifer George, Rube Goldberg’s Grandaughter! This club will meet online during activity period on the following dates, in Mrs. Raddenbach’s Zoom Room:

During the online club meetings, we will design, plan, and purchase materials to make a Rube Goldberg machine worthy of a National Competition.
Finally, on March 13, students (who are able) will meet at the RVA Learning Center in Mosinee from 11:00 to 4:00 to build and film our machine to submit for the competition. A pizza lunch will be provided! Students can still participate via Zoom even if they are unable to attend the building day at the RVA Learning Center.
