Come join the RVA! Students will explore the rows of apple trees here at Fergusons Orchard. This field trip will visit three different areas of the farm to learn about the life cycle of an apple tree and how it grows from the ground and then winds up at the grocery store! We will also discover the most common varieties of apples grown here. Each student will get to pick their very own apple as well as an activity book to bring home. Please note that many older students attend this field trip as well as the younger kiddos. This is a great place for teens to meet each other and hang out!
