Join us for some community service hours at 1000 Islands Environmental Center. We'll be working on removing invasive Buckthorn. This means cutting, chopping, and digging! Bring your water bottle, gloves, bug spray, clippers, small shovels, and saws if you can. It's recommended you wear long pants and closed toed shoes for walking in the wooded areas. Due to the nature of the activity, it is recommended small children do not participate. We'll reschedule if there is inclement weather, but if it is just lightly sprinkling, we can still work! Sign up by September 15th!
