Come join the RVA to explore "Life in Winter"! How do animals and plants survive the blistering cold of winter? Follow a Riveredge Naturalist on a winter hike as we look for animal and plant signs and discover the skills of observing and making inferences. Learn about the seasonal changes of living things and design your own season survivor. This virtual event is geared for Grades K-5, but open to all and will be presented in 2 - one hour sessions. You may choose the session that works best for you. Students should bring a pencil and paper or coloring tools if they'd like to design a winter creature.
