April 22nd is Earth Day, and to celebrate and help care for our wonderful planet, let's participate in an Earth Week Challenge! These are also great ideas to include for community service hours.

Here's how you participate:
1)Fill out this form to get started. It has all the challenge tasks built into it. You must be signed into your RVA email to use the form.

2) You will be able to get back into this form to update the challenges as you complete them. After you try to access the form the second time, you will get a message:

You've already responded. You can fill out this form only once. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake.

BUT you can click on the link "EDIT YOUR RESPONSE" and you will be able to get back into the form to check off additional tasks.

3) Choose challenges from the list of 43 different tasks to complete that will make our Earth a better place. Challenge is from April 16th - 23rd.

4)Earn 1 point for each completed task.

5) Win prizes! Based on the number of points your family acquires, you will be entered in a drawing for prizes.

Complete 14 tasks: Entered in drawing for $25 Amazon gift card
Complete 28 tasks: Entered in drawing for $50 Amazon gift card

6) Send me photos! Email me (ernster.parent@ruralvirtual.org) your photos or add them to this Earth Week Slide Deck. We'll share a photo slideshow to show off everything we're doing for our planet!
