Linda Rodriguez of Ventures Beyond, will discuss the blue carbon cycle and plastic pollution in the ocean. Students will then create an artistic masterpiece from recyclable items in the students' homes. As we sort through the plastic items we discuss it could hurt wildlife in the ocean. Come with some recyclable plastics and glue! It will be an event you don’t want to miss!
