Yoga is back with Christina Mroz, a certified yoga instructor and trainer of 20 years and most exciting, RVA mom and home mentor!! Sessions will include breathwork, flexibility, self-awareness, relaxation, and movement. Get moving with some very informative yoga units. It will be great fun for everyone!
For our older students, yoga sessions will include a workshop component along with a yoga flow. The yoga flows include breathwork, flexibility, mindfulness, self-awareness, relaxation, and meditation.
Middle/High School Session 3: Jauary 11th - February 15th - Times 1:30 to 2:00pm

Jan. 18: Mind
Jan. 25: Breath
Feb. 1: Bones
Feb. 8: Muscles
Feb. 15: Nerves
Some Questions you may have:Does my child need any equipment for the class?
It is recommended that your child wear clothing they can easily move in. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to have your child use that during the class. If you do not have a yoga mat do not worry about it at all, a blanket, towel or even just the plain floor will work great.
