Fall means pumpkin season at The Glass Orchard in Eau Claire, WI, but as their orchard name suggests these aren't ordinary pumpkins, they are all made of glass! Take a tour of the hot glass studio and see how the owners produce one of a kind glass pumpkins all by hand. Using 2100 degree molten glass, watch as they apply color, stretch, and blow the glass into a fall favorite. Discussion will include glass making, studio equipment, and the glassblowing process. This will be prerecorded and the artists will be available to answer questions.5
