3 Tbsp All purpose flour (can substitute GF if needed)

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 Tbsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

3 Tbsp Vegetable or Canola Oil

4 Tbsp Milk

3 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Whip cream or berries to serve (optional)
